Prom night is such a special milestone. It's a chance to dress up, celebrate friendships, look back on school memories and look forward to everything that lies ahead.There's so much excitement in the build-up — choosing the perfect outfit, getting hair and makeup just right, meeting up with friends and waiting for that moment when it's finally time to leave for prom.I'm Lorna, a photographer based in South Lanarkshire, and I'd love to help you preserve those memories with natural, beautiful prom photographs that you and your family can treasure for years to come.Whether you'd love individual portraits, photographs with friends, or a mixture of both, I'll help make your prom photoshoot a relaxed and enjoyable part of the evening. Prom night can be just as emotional for parents. Watching your child get ready, seeing them dressed up and realising how quickly the years have passed is a moment worth remembering.Between helping everyone get ready, arranging transport and making sure everything runs smoothly, it can be easy to miss the chance to capture those memories properly.A professional prom photoshoot gives you the opportunity to pause, enjoy the excitement and have beautiful photographs of your child at this stage of their life.We'll make time for individual portraits, photographs with parents and family, and group photographs with friends. It's a lovely way to celebrate the occasion and preserve memories that mean so much to everyone involved.

Where can we have your prom photoshoot?

Your prom photographs should feel personal to you, so I offer flexibility when it comes to choosing a location.

At home before prom

Capture the excitement as everyone gets ready. Your home can provide a lovely backdrop for individual portraits, family photographs and those final moments before heading out for the evening.

At your prom venue

If the venue and timings allow, we can arrange photographs there before the celebrations begin. This is a great option for individual portraits and group photographs with friends, all dressed up and ready for the night ahead.

With your friends

Prom is all about celebrating friendships, too. We can capture group photographs that show off everyone's outfits and personalities, alongside individual portraits so everyone has photographs of their own. If you have a particular location in mind, let me know when you enquire and we can discuss what's possible.

A relaxed prom photography experience

I understand that prom night is busy, with lots of excitement and plenty to organise. My aim is to make your photoshoot an enjoyable part of the evening rather than another thing to worry about.

I'll help you feel comfortable in front of the camera, offer gentle guidance with posing and make sure we leave time for the photographs that matter most to you.

Whether you love having your photograph taken or usually prefer to stay behind the camera, I'll work with you to create natural, flattering images that reflect your personality.

We'll discuss your plans beforehand, including the location, timings and who you'd like photographed, so you know what to expect and can relax and enjoy the experience.

* A relaxed 30 minute session* 25 or more edited digital images

* Two complimentary high-resolution digital images

* All photographs edited to a high standard

A £40 booking fee is required to secure your booking.

Digital images and prints are available to purchase.

For locations more than a 25-mile round trip from my home, an additional travel charge of 55p per mile applies.

PROM PORTRAITS

PACKAGE 2£150Details:
* A relaxed one-hour session, allowing more time for individual and group photographs* 30 or more edited digital images* Four complimentary high-resolution digital images* All photographs edited to a high standard
