Cornhill Castle was the chosen location for Alan and Sharee's wedding. Set in one of the most idyllic settings in the Biggar area, surrounded with beautiful countryside and Tinto hill in the background the scene was set for the day. Alan and Sharee had hoped for an outdoor ceremony and were optimistic it would happen as they had chosen June, however, in true style the Scottish weather did not play ball starting the day with very gusty winds, and a bit of rain, however mother nature did deliver some sunshine and eventually came up trumps, with the wind calming down and we ended the day with beautiful golden light.

The day had plenty of emotion especially from the groom, but with a dram or two to settle his nerves he was ready to marry his beautiful bride to be.

The Pavillion was set ready for the couple to seal their marriage with their special guest Missy (their dog) in attendance. Alan and Sharee had put plenty of thought and time into their special day with many handcrafted personal touches along the way.

The day was full of love and laughter which continued right to the end of the night.
